ECO Real Estate School: Class Attendance Requirements
ECO Real Estate School Attendance Policy – NJ Real Estate Licensing Courses
State-Mandated Attendance Requirements
The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) enforces strict attendance rules for all NJ Real Estate Commission-approved courses. At ECO Real Estate School, students must:
- Attend all scheduled class sessions in full to receive credit.
- Make up any missed class time in a future session if an absence occurs.
- Complete all modules and sections within the state-approved course completion window.
Note: Extensions outside the course timeframe may require an additional fee.
Class Start Times, Lateness, and Absences
- Classes begin and end at prescribed times.
- Students arriving 20+ minutes late will not receive credit for that session.
- Plan your schedule carefully to avoid losing credit due to tardiness or absences.
