NJ Real Estate Course Refund and Cancellation Policies Explained

Refund Policy for the 75-Hour NJ Real Estate Salesperson Course

• Students must begin the 75-Hour Salesperson Licensing Class within 60 days of purchase.
• Once you begin class, the attendance policy will apply.
• Refunds (minus a 10% administration fee) are only available if a written request is submitted within 7 days of registration.
• After 7 days, students may receive school credit (with no expiration date).
• School credit is transferable to another student if submitted in writing at one of our school locations.
• No refunds are issued once you have attended a class session.

Refund Policy for Other Real Estate Courses

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date to receive a refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
• No refunds will be issued once a course has begun.
• No refunds will be issued for promotional courses purchased through third-party vendors.
• No refunds will be given for books, study guides, or course materials once they have been distributed.
• Refunds will be processed via check and mailed within 14 business days (no refunds to credit cards).

Course Cancellation Policy

Eco Real Estate School reserves the right to cancel a class up to one day before the scheduled start date if minimum enrollment is not met.

• Students will be promptly notified in such cases.
• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future course at no additional cost.

Document Replacement Policy

• School Certificates are issued upon course completion.
• Replacement certificates are available for a $25 reissue fee.
