Overview

ECO Real Estate School is a NJ Licensed education center that offers a variety of Online Real Estate Licensing and Continuing Education courses. We focus on teaching while using state-of-the-art technology and experienced instructors. ECO Real Estate School enables its students to excel at and pass the New Jersey Real Estate License exam.

ECO Real Estate School is licensed and approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, under the Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI).

Our Courses

Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing 75 Hours prerequisite course for the real estate salesperson license examination for prospective real estate salespersons who desire either a full-time or part-time career

Continuing Education In order to qualify for renewal or to reinstate an unrenewed license after that date, every individual licensed as a broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson must complete 12 hours of continuing education

Remedial Exam Prep Course 6 or 12 Hours course is designed to prepare a student to take either the New Jersey Salesperson real estate state examination. Learn More >>

Broker To qualify for a broker’s license an applicant must have a high school education or equivalency and must successfully complete 150 hours of pre-licensure education.
